I submitted and resume and was asked by the practice manager to schedule a face-to-face interview. Upon completion of this interview, I was invited to interview and shadow with Dr. Holicki for the position. He can seem intimidating, but he is considerate and cares for his patients deeply. If you can portray the same level of compassion, you will work well in this company. Overall, the experience was great for somebody who was looking for their first job.
