After completing an indepth case study, I had an initial screen with the then Head of Peopl. She told me that I would move to next stage. After several follow-ups, I eventually get a decline. The only reason I got a response at all was because I copied the COO on the request for feedback. This company lacks professionalism. The HR team had no experience in HR or idea of how to conduct a professional recruitment process. This was an exceptionally poor candidate experience. It appears that this company is solicits free advise in the guise of an assessment. I dont advise engaging with this unethical and unprofessional company.
