Interview process is very normal but in exceptional scenario they support candidate to process the offer release.

I got call from a consultancy and looks like they just forwarded my resume though it was not matching with JD. Also not sure how Hitachi shortlisted my profile when it was not matching. Interviewer didn't even look at Resume and asked out of my skill sets and interview ended in just few minutes. So finally it was not good experience

They are in Old stack of SAP and all clients are also on old stack. Questions were simple, any one have 1-2 years of real experience can crack the interview.
