Step 1 was a phone screen with the recruiter and that went well. The next step was a scheduled call with the hiring manager. He failed to call because he was on "vacation". The recruiter rescheduled the call for a week later. He missed that call and then pushed the call back 1 hour. When he finally did call he was 1.5 hours late. As soon as he got me on the phone, he put me on hold for 5 minutes. When the interview finally started, it was rushed, he seemed disinterested. Finally he subtly mentioned that this position would likely go to one of his buddies. The guy was unprofessional and wasted a boatload of my time. He was, however, prompt with sending me a rejection letter which arrived the same afternoon. If you can stomach the process, then by all means do so, but I regret giving them the time of day.
