Took forever and got bounced around a lot between different people before I was able to even get in for an interview after they reached out to me! But I went to the interview still and mostly turned it down due to the low pay for the job which if I knew beforehand what it was going to be I wouldn’t have pursued this at all. Yes I did ask about the pay before the in-person interview but was told that it could only be discussed with the hiring manager at my interview.
It was simple and easy. I had 2 interviews and they both went extremely well. I was told to wait for an email in 2-3 days. It took 2 weeks and me emailing multiple times to reach back out. I received an email later that they filled the position with someone else who was certified in their system. They never mentioned needing certifications in the system they used at all which was a bit upsetting considering both managers were very positive about the interview. Nonetheless it was an easy interview, they ask about experiences and scenario questions. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication with HR and management so perhaps it is a blessing in disguise.
