It was fast and easy. I did the web interview then got a call the next day for a face to interview. While on the phone the recruiter prepped me for the interview. Overall it was a good process! The interview process was well-organized, professional, and transparent. The interviewer communicated clearly, asked relevant questions related to the role, and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process felt respectful, efficient, and aligned with Hilton’s high service standards.
One interview with the General Manager was thorough, understanding and been a great company to work for very flexible. Discussed work history, personality, how I handle situations. Full time hours.
