After application submission online, offered an invitation to submit a digital interview to their website using personal computer and web camera. After logging onto their site, software guides you to creating a video file answering live questions, along with text answers to other questions. Technical skills are needed for set up, however, it is an effective, time-saving screening method for potential candidates.
The hiring manager will ask about your past experience, if you have experience with hospitality and availability on the job position. Why did you choose Hilton. Why did you choose the position.
