Great- pretty easy process. General customer service questions. Not too difficult. Questions like, tell me about yourself, describe your strengths and weaknesses. Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision.

Interview
The interview process relied heavily on the applicant to take initiative. The store manager was in charge of hiring and allowed the applicant to contact him in a timely and professional manner. The interview itself was very informal and took less than 15 minutes. It was more a conversation than being asked questions.
