I went through two rounds of interviews. They were very straight up and direct and communicated well. Ended up getting the job. It’s clear they have an established interview process in place. Have no complaints about how the interviews were conducted. Solid all-around.

I remember them explaining that they’re a small company and as such their staffers are often required to be versatile and wear a lot of hats, and asking if I felt comfortable in a dynamic role like this.

Interview
Had a virtual interview with the owner who assured me multiple times would get back to me either way with what he decided for the role. The days turned to weeks and then months and never heard back from them.
