Phone Screen - this call was so bizarre that I actually ended the call and told them I wasn't interested. The recruiter didn't introduce himself, hadn't been told about my previous conversations with his colleagues and was unable to explain clearly about succession planning and career progression. Their maximum salary was below my comfort and rather than having a reasonable conversation about opportunities for growth (which I asked for MULTIPLE times) I was told that this was their best and it was heavily implied I should be grateful for this offer.

Not so tough if you know and can explain nicely your previous role. Basic questions related to Options, trades and derivatives. Work Environment is good and get to learn alot during the tenure.
