I was invited for an interview at 9:00 AM but ended up waiting until around 1:00 PM before my interview even began. The scheduling appeared to be extremely poorly planned. Multiple candidates with different skill sets were invited on the same day, but there were not enough interviewers available to handle the process. It seemed like a single interviewer was responsible for interviewing several candidates, which caused long delays and unnecessary waiting. The overall coordination between HR and the interview panel also appeared unprofessional, as there was visible disagreement between them during the process. The interview itself was also quite unusual. The interviewer drew a webpage on paper and asked me to design a full automation framework based on a lengthy scenario on the spot. The expectation to design and explain a complete framework in detail on blank paper without any proper context felt unrealistic and unnecessarily complicated. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Candidates’ time was not respected, and the interview process lacked proper structure. Suggestion to Management: Improve interview scheduling, ensure enough interviewers are available, and create a more structured and respectful interview process for candidates.
