Interview
The asked me some personal questions to get us started, like "What books have you been reading recently?" and the like.
Then they asked me about my organizational skills, if I knew how to use The Due Decimal System, and how comfortable I was with helping out with events.
At the end, they asked me if I was interested in becoming a passport agent. While not mandatory, it will provide a pay bonus.
