The interview process was long but intentional. They’re a small team so want to do a full culture check before hiring. It took time and you met with everyone but it was necessary as you want it to be a good fit in a small office.

Reached out to by a rec2rec. I was then interviewed by associates, then consultants and final interview was with CEO. I also had to do a presentation for one of the interviews with an associate and consultant.
