This firm has a 4 - 5 step interview process and ultimately in the end it comes down to whether you can socialize with the staff. The staff hangs out together and the firm spends it's free time together. No work/home balance here.

Question 1
They didn't ask one question. After interviewing with 3 people I was in the top 4% that applied for the job then they sent me written questions that included questions such as my favorite book. After the written questions I was told they went with another candidate. I was overqualified for this position.
