4 stages I completed 3... competency based interviews. Assesment day just have to listen to the advice. Don’t be laid back is what I struggled with. Good process though, I learnt a lot considering it was my first ever interviews and assessments
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
