***Worst interview experience ever - the company has NO integrity!!!*** - Two interviews: Phone interview with HR and final interview in studio Three tasks in total- the last task has been added in after the final interview, didn’t mention in advance. - After finishing the last task, I got a positive replied and HR contacted me to discuss the offer. However, they only gave me 3 days maximum for making the discussion. To put pressure on me, HR even brought up about their consideration for other candidates, which is not respectful at all. Even so, I still replied within 3 days and are willing to accept. BUT, I hope there will be more details coming along with the offer(which HR told me the offer would be sent to me) because I asked a few “standard questions “ and I didn’t get a full reply. **Then, the MOST AWFUL and ODDEST situation I have ever experienced with any interviews have happened, When HR asked me if I could start within two days, and she would be sending a formal offer to me, I mentioned again for further details to come along with the offer so I will be able to start immediately, NO REPLIED!!! Not even till the following morning. So I had to contacted the manager to keep up with the process as it seems they are expecting me to start the following day (I even bought a monthly train ticket!!!) BUT!!! What I received was an email saying that they decided NOT to give me a formal offer because I didn’t show enough “EXCITEMENT” for the job!!! It just blew my mind… How irresponsible without respect and integrity!? I even turned down other offers and opportunities for this job. Totally unacceptable … and definitely not recommended!!!
