The interview process for the DevOps Engineer role at HashedIn by Deloitte consists of four rounds: an initial MCQ-based assessment to evaluate technical fundamentals, followed by two in-depth technical interviews focusing on DevOps tools and problem-solving. The final round is an HR interview assessing cultural fit and communication skills.

One key question asked was how to set up a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, integrating AWS for deployment, Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and Ansible for configuration management—testing both conceptual understanding and real-world implementation experience across all these DevOps tools.
The interview was easy, and the straightforward questions made the process very streamlined. I felt confident throughout the conversation and look forward to the next steps in their hiring process.

First, there is an Online Assessment. There is negative marking, and questions are a bit deep. Later, there will be two technical interviews and a cultural fitment round. After all these, the offer will be enrolled.
