The application form is very disorganised, and the text boxes need better formatting. As for the interview, It seemed like the interview was just a formality because I felt they had already chosen a candidate prior. After that, I was basically ignored and only received a response about the status of my application over a month later, and that was only because I reached out after waiting for so long. This lack of communication is unacceptable. If someone takes the time to attend an interview, please have the courtesy to inform them whether they've been successful or not. Utilizing mail merges for this purpose would be very helpful.
