Harris Scarfe Australia interview questions

I attended a group interview. The interviewer asked a variety of questions about customer service. We also received some customer service scenarios and had to explain how we would best respond.

Interview involved one on one interview with Assistant Store Manager during Christmas casual recruiting period. Questions were mostly hypothetical situation based, very basic and easy level. Job was offered by phone afterwards.
