Before you speak to a person, you must pass through automated layers:
AI Resume Parsing: Algorithms scan for keywords matching the Job Description (JD).
Asynchronous Video Interviews (AVIs): You may be asked to record short video responses to prompted questions. AI tools often analyze these for communication style and key competencies.
Technical/Skills Assessment: A practical "work sample" test or gamified assessment to verify you can actually do the job.
It was very tough. How to tackle it as they asked real problem-solving question, which was very tough at the moment to answer.Could you figure out on the process of answering interview questions.
