It was very lax and informal, but you should take it seriously. If your personality gels with management they will tend to give you the job. Smart casual attire I think works best for the first impression.

First a logic test, then a meeting with HR, then a meeting with hiring manager meeting, then a meeting with the CCO. All interviews lasted for an hour. They asked standard questions about my work history, my personal skill sets, why I wanted to work at Happy Socks, etc.
