Very unorganized and they had no idea how to interview a maintenance tech. The management has no idea how a screwdriver works. The interview was dumb. They think anyone who talks smooth is good enough.

They wanted a maintenance man with multiple skill sets who would also be ok with stripping down beds and doing laundry. The process was lengthy (3) separate interviews to find a highly skilled person they could under pay and get to do any little chore the hotel might require.

The process was simple. Got an interview very shortly after applying in person. Interview was done by the Assistant Manager and it took about 20 minutes total. It was done in the lobby which was weird. Got my paperwork to fill out and started within a week training. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

manager is very negative towards minorities they do not hire equally and treat people disrespectfully. They want to hire friends only and they make up reasons not to hire based on their character.
