Interview
It was a great interview, a conversation between professionals that treated me with respect and made me feel at the same level as them. They made me feel at easy since the start and gave me space to be who I am, and show my value as a professional. The interviewers were people who clearly are enthusiast about the company and the work they do. Without doubts, one of the best conversations I ever had not only in a job interview, but with professionals in the industry. It didn't feel at all as an interview. Overall the process was very fast, and I received after few days the personal feedback from the hiring manager about why I was not chosen to join the team at this moment. This personal feedback really meant a lot.

Das angenehmste Vorstellungsgespräch, das ich je hatte :)
Ich habe mich für die Stelle als Pricing Specialist im Einkauf beworben.
Die Führungskräfte der Abteilungen Einkauf und Verkauf waren super nett zu mir . Als Berufseinsteiger wurde ich nicht mit doppeldeutigen Fragen oder auswendiggelernten klassischen Bewerbungsfragen bombardiert, sondern wurde eher in ein offenes lockeres Gespräch geführt.
Die Interviewer waren sehr empathisch was fehlende Erfahrungen angeht, und sind das ganze Gepräch sehr analytisch angegangen um mögliche Schwächen und Stärken herauszufiltern .
Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck.
