Sehr intensives Einzelvorstellungsgespräch über 2h, danach Gruppenskypegespräch (40min). Durchgehen von Portfolio, großes Interesse an den eigenen Arbeiten, Durchgehen von Knit Samples und technologisches Verständnis. Gespräch über Motivation dort zu arbeiten, Vorstellung der Unternehmensstruktur, Untermarken von Boss, Teamstruktur vor Ort etc.

Interview
I applied online via the website and after some time I received an invitation to an interview. In my interview, 2 future heads of department asked me questions about myself, my workflow, my experience and also about my prospects for the future. The interview was good all round and on the same level.
After about a week, I received a call from HR and received an offer. Shortly afterwards, I received it digitally and signed it. All in all, a very uncomplicated process.
