The interview process was professional, friendly, and well organized. We discussed my previous retail experience, leadership skills, customer service approach, and ability to support sales performance. The interviewers were welcoming, and the overall experience was positive and comfortable.

How do you motivate your team to achieve sales targets?
The interview was quick, same like the entire process. Simple questions, nice managment. But they don’t offer a good pension scheme. Overall, was a nice experience, not so good salary.

Nice people, easy process, very welcoming on entry. Easy to find, offered me a drink. non invasive questioning and looked for reasons to hire me. Would recomend to a friend or family member if I was asked if they should interview there.
