Insisted on a face to face interview and not online for the first interview which is strange by today's standards. You'll also need to work six days and not five days, which is another outdated practice.

Decent interview but the boss only wanted me to work 6 days a week and would not negotiate to 5 days a week. He didn't ask me many in-depth questions as I have teaching experience. It seems like they really want native English speakers.
