I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HR for Health (San Ramon, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
A couple of rounds. Very easy going and getting to know you. They seemed to be really hiring for culture fits at the time. The managers that they had at the time seemed very nice and professional.

Question 1
They had different scenario based written assessments to see how you respond to clients and coworkers via email
This was an extremely poorly conducted interview. After asking me one or two very basic questions, the interviewer opened it up to me to ask him some questions. I asked one question and he saw this as his invitation to ramble on and on about the company for what seemed like hours. I was so bored, all I could do was nod and say "uh huh" once every couple minutes. It honestly seemed like he didn't even care about anything I had to say and was only there to hear his own voice. He probably did 80% of the talking during the interview, and essentially gave me nothing to work with.
After my follow up email, I didn't hear anything from them for a full three weeks, until I was informed by my third party recruiter that they would not be moving forward with my application. A blessing in disguise, probably.

Interview
This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever attended. It lacked organization. The first phone interview was scheduled 2 times. The third interview conformation was never sent to me so I had to reach out to them to see if the interview was still happening. Then, the woman that interviewed me for the 3rd interview was a half - hour late. She had a condescending tone and asked me the same questions as the 2nd interviewer. The icing on the cake was when they went through Indeed to reject me and didn't even personalize a rejection. For an HR company, they do not have ANY professionalism.
