The interview was mainly on core java and basics on SQL,some were related to aptitude and intelligence. The main tough ound was the group discussion roundn which nwas the most difficult to clear. Have to stay calm and focussed during this process.

Over the phone interview which was real laid back. Normal questions about availability and informing me of the job details. Told me about my other employees that would be working with me to make sure that was all well.

Within a week of sending a cover letter and resume, I got a call. I said very little, but listened for a long time about the story, the tenets of the foundation and what the position would include. Then I was asked if I was interested, and of course I was.
