It is good, very easy rounds are having 1st round is GD where they give any topic and you have to tell on this topic and then in 2nd round is is a technical interview.
It's effective and good for mid level engineer, good salary as you join ,no much high in between unless you prepare for next jump. Good environment to work and learn based on our own interests
