Interview
Fairly relaxed chat with 2 male developers at their Crewe offices. 1 developer was onsite and the other was talking via video link from China. They were friendly, interested and keen to hear about examples of my work and experiences. There were 2 tests given to me: .Net and SQL. I felt the time given was rather limited.

Question 1
They asked how I'd go about designing and implementing a system that collects and collates many data points. They were interested in the architecture I'd use and considerations for avoiding locks and bottlenecks etc.
