The interview process was simple and to the point. Hours that I had available was a main point the manager of the store brought up and I was able to have a 35 hour a week contract. After the telephone interview it was an in person interview which was the same.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
