I was first emailed to schedule a phone interview and shortly after the phone interview takes place you are invited to go in for written and verbal test and after that if you pass you are invited for a group interview. The group interview was nothing intense nor did it feel like a competition, they do such a great job to make everyone feel welcomed and it was just completely different than what you maybe use to. You can really tell the culture of the company simply by going through the process.
