I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2015
Interview
it was easy! the phone interview had the basic questions that everyone asks. It was suppose to be a 15 minute interview but it lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer told me that I will have a final interview in store. For my second interview, the recruiter had a list of questions. He went through his list of questions and I answered them all. I thought the interview was over but he told me I have one more interview. The last interview, the manager was talking to me like I was having a conversation with my friends. He had a list but put it away & wanted to know about me . It was more casual! I was nervous but the manager kept telling me not to be. He asked me some easy questions & I answered them. The overall experience of the interview was it was easy.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Brighton, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
