Chill straightforward conversation about the job and my experience slash childhood. It wasnt very hard and Im not totally sure if executive search is for me yet but I will figure it out and leave another review then
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H.W. Anderson

It was fairly chill in the first round, more conversational, I would say. In the second round, however, it was very quick and abrupt. Felt more like a vibe check than anything. Not to mention, they kept rescheduling my next round, which was somewhat inconvenient and really threw me off balance.
15 minutes long. Exploratory initial conversation. Was a pretty relaxed interview; felt comfortable. Asked me things like my knowledge of executive search, why i chose my university and major, and why I want to switch subject fields into executive search
