Took around 6 weeks, with sparse and inconsistent communication. Wasn’t much flexibility around dates and times due to annual leave on their side. Waited 3 weeks for a decision during which time I was told I’d have a next stage interview, meet the team, and they’d arrange for me to go in. After 3 weeks, I was rejected on the basis that I was “overqualified” despite everything discussed during the interview process was available on my CV, so shouldn’t have been new information - if overqualified I shouldn’t have been considered for the role in the first instance. Couldn’t get any further feedback from the team.

Video interview with pre-set questions. I spent some time preparing for this interview. Chased up for weeks for feedback/progression only to find the role had been completely removed from the platform.
