Three Rounds. HR round followed by on field monitoring and then final interview with MD. In the beginning it is a 100% door to door job or field sales. No base salary. Salary on basis of your sale.

2 Day interview process; every aspect of the job profile was shown and explained very clearly during the interview itself. Lot of companies hire for a different title and profile is completely different however the interview process at Grey Matter is very transparent as to what they do and what is growth structure in the company and there is no compulsion for the candidate to join or not or once they join there is no termination on the basis of underperformance which also a lot of companies out there.
