l, I just don't know how to navigate this and balance wanting to be a good honest worker that is capable of recognizing weaknesses and communicating them with their manager so they can be addressed, and being someone who has to have a job to pay rent and get groceries. Is it just always best practice to paint yourself in the best light possible in any documentation you submit to your company, or is it better to be honest
