Interview
initial call with HR then a teams call with account director to discuss experience and the role- I assume they must have already filled the spot ahead of my interview as the AD was super rude had no enthusiasm and was clearly not interested in interviewing me, I actually pulled out of the process but was also then send an email saying I wouldn't be successful. I had always looked dup to this agency but since that interview have no interest in working with them in the future

Met with multiple members of the senior leadership then account teams on capability, past experience and fit. Discussed prior work and current objectives for the business. Mixture of in person and virtual. The process was quite fast.
