Greenfinch Technology interview questions

Applied online via website, got phone call about position, asked to do a coding assignment and then an hour long onsite interview. Basic programming, and database questions asked. In terms of work required for the interview it is very one sided. The coding assignment was given as a web application to be developed with the .net framework. There was last minute changes to the scheduled interview. Was told after the interview that I would know by the next week or so. After a month of waiting I got an email from some other member of the company that I did not get the position. The people I talked to within the company where nice but the one sided workload and long delay for a response after been accommodating with rescheduling, its very off putting with the company. The first phone call and onsite was within 2 weeks. It comes down to how fast they can get you in and then a long delay for them to decided.

I was given a coding task where I had to develop a simple web application. Used some hours of my life doing it and never got any feedback. I'm on a job hunt and had 3 companies with a similar behavior. No consideration with the candidate (a human being) whatsoever.
