HR rep reached out, we scheduled an interview for the next day. When I arrived on site for my interview, I was told that my interviewer was in a meeting and that we would need to reschedule. The HR rep apologized profusely and showed me around the facility prior to rescheduling my interview. When I arrived for attempt 2, the receptionist could not find my interview on the schedule and the HR rep who had scheduled both of my interviews was not on site to provide information. Fortunately, I did interview that day, but my interviewer seemed unprepared for an interview. The interview itself was pretty straight forward, very much a conversation, and my interviewer was nice and well-spoken. She told me that they wanted to hire me and gave me her contact information at the end of the interview but I never heard back from them nor could I get ahold of her or the HR rep I worked with.
