Met owner on project site after a couple of phone interviews. He did a great job of selling the position and company to me. He showed me the job, his process, and introduced me to some construction managers on his team.

Great place to work.
Went in and was interviewed by owner and former employee (current employee at the time). Asked the standard questions and received an offer 3 days later via email. Pay is good. Opportunities for advancement
