2 Rounds
HR Round - Candidate would be given a written test to showcase the writing skills as well as a discussion with HR for verbal communication skills. If passed, then the candidate would be approached to manager round.
Manager Round - Here the candidate's experience and expertise would be discussed based on which a few questions would be raised and his/her candidature would be decided based on this discussion.
During my interview, there was only 1 round of interviews directly with the AVP of the company. After the interview, they offered an offer letter with the date of joining.
