Interview
Meeting with Sales Director, VP and CEO. I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism that was displayed. The sales director was ill prepared for our meeting and he displayed obvious signs he was forced into this meeting. To site a few examples of my experience for you. When you have someone coming in for a meeting, even pn casual Friday, you should at least put on a spot coat. Also to not even take the effort to print off their resume and have a tiny bit of knowledge of their background before the interview is a no brainer you are being forced to do the meeting.
In reviewing the situation with a ne VP of Sales hired it is clear the current sales director felt shunned and threatened so I would hold off until this firm gets thier management situation figured out.
