Interview
was supposed to go through a series of interviews and had the first one scheduled, but the interviewer (who is someone high up in the company) never showed up, I emailed him and he apologized letting me know that he had something come up. The same thing happened about 3 other times, and I simply gave up.
Friendly and approachable interview. The company was understanding of the requirements expected from a junior front end developer. I had to re-arrange the interview on short notice and they were very understanding.

Met with HR and then the CEO. They were not clear on the profile of person they wanted to hire and were having exploratory interviews. I see this a lot with start-ups who are unsure if they want a leader or a do-er. Often they don't hire anyone.
