Interview
I was interviewed by the former Tech Manager and the, at the time, Editor in chief. They asked me a mix of technical questions and general interview questions. They wanted to know about my work experience and how it related to the work they were gearing up to do at the time, which was a full site redesign and the creation of a new website.
