Difficult to find where I was going. Interview was with the ‘first point of contact’ with interviews tha followed thereafter. I spent hours preparing for interview but it felt very formal, given the salary this was something I expected. Something felt very off in the room and I expect the poor man spends more time interviewing than anything else. We addressed poor employee reviews and I was informed there were always going to be disgruntled staff.
