I applied directly through the website and received an email two days later saying they’d be delighted to meet me for an interview and to click through and book a time, which I did. Then spent all weekend prepping, only to receive an email on the Monday saying I hadn’t been successful, despite not having the interview yet?! Called and left voicemails, no response, emailed the person back twice, no response. Utterly unprofessional and extremely rude.
