Applied online. Received email requesting my availability for a phone interview. Responded with my availability a few minutes later. Heard nothing. Followed up. No response. Was very excited about the position.
It was over the phone, and it was pretty simple. I went in for a "trail" where I was paid $10 per hour off the books. They weren't clear about Rippling or Homebase, so I didn't get put on the schedule for three weeks.
