CV Screening, Hirevue, 3 technical interviews with analyst, associate, and ED. Overall, pretty bad experience. I never had to talk to an HR member (I'm serious!). I tried to reach out to some of them but never received a reply. It seems like they outsource these functions to an external company, based out of the Philippines... So, a very polite lady from the Philippines sends me the invite one day before the interview; then, the same day I am told the first interviewer had to postpone (twice), okay... then I am told the third interviewer had to reschedule to another day, okay... The interviewers were nice, but they did not seem happy at all where they were. In fact, they looked sad. After 1 month still no one got in touch with me, so I sent out a couple of e-mails to check the status of my application, no reply. After 6 weeks I finally got my rejection e-mail. Of course, I would have preferred to be accepted, for the prestige and so on; but actually, that did not seem like a place where I'd like to work.
