Interview
After the camera interview I had one round of interviews where 3 teams of 2 people each interviewed me for 1.5 hour in total. This was supposed to be the final round but then a week later I had an interview with the head of the division in the city where I wanted to do an internship. It was also half an hour long like all the previous ones.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly behavioural questions about how I work, how do I manage different problems etc. I also got questions about how I would act in a specific situation. One of them was how would I go about giving bonusses for my workers and the inerviewers expanded with this one quite a lot and the second one was how would I make sure people are coming up to my company's stall on open day at university.
